I had tried a variety of treatments, including compression socks, which helped but did not help my foot. I was nearly ready to go to medical specialists to heal the plantar fasciitis. With new shoes and inserts - I recovered in a couple to three weeks, can use the inserts with other shoes and back to running. GREAT STORE and SERVICE. This is what locally owned and operated stores are about and you can't get on line.....
